Centrally located on the Heritage Highway between Hobart and Launceston, Campbell Town's Foxhunters Return, has been a Tasmanian landmark for more than 180 years. Its cellars are said to have been used as holding cells for convicts building Campbell Town's famous Red Bridge. Now those wonderful cellars are home to The Book Cellar and thousands of quality old and new books with a particular focus on heritage and nostalgia titles.
At The Book Cellar our aim is to stock a diverse and eclectic range of quality new and used books that will delight book lovers, collectors, and casual readers alike. Social history, heritage, collectibles and nostalgia feature strongly alongside children's and adult fiction. Many of the titles stocked in The Book Cellar are available for sale in our online store.
